About this poem:
Many, many times, I end up with brother-sister as the best option for our roles for close relationships. Maybe you think it’s strange to have a lover that then becomes brother or sister. But, it’s a heck of a lot better option to allow yourselves to keep loving each other, than breaking it off acrimoniously. That brother-sister relationship implies more parity, and some distance, but also endurance and truly wishing for the best for your loved one, forever.
